“Our realtor, Collin, has been amazing through the entire process of purchasing our first home! We spent over a year looking for the right house and even when COVID hit, he was as dedicated and supportive as anyone could wish for! We really feel like he bent over backwards to get us into the houses we wanted to see (sometimes with fewer than 24 hours notice) because everything was by appointment only after March and he made sure our safety was a priority any time we went to look at a house. He is extremely knowledgable about the market and has a wonderful eye for finding the type of property we were looking for. We would return from looking at a house and he would detail all of the things that were excellent about the home as well as things that may need work. He has a lot of experience with renovating homes and was able to give us rough approximations of what type of work would need to be done, how long it would take, how it would affect our day-to-day living (e.g. renovating a kitchen), and how much it would cost. He was always courteous with other agents and extremely good at communicating with us.
